Kevin Hunter is currently a Lieutenant with the Fort Wayne Police Department. He is a 19-year veteran and the coordinator of the FWPD Crisis Response (Negotiations)Team. He has been a Crisis Response Team member since 2001 and took over as coordinator in 2005. Lt. Hunter recently attended the FBI National Crisis Negotiations Course in Quantico, VA and is a recent graduate of the 233rd session of the FBI National Academy. Lt. Hunter has been an IAHCN Board Member since 2005, and has worked on the last three conferences. He has also represented the IAHCN at the NCNA Meetings in 2005, 2006, and 2007.
Rob Martinez is a Sergeant with the Lake County Sheriff’s Department. He began his law enforcement career in 1995 as a Corrections Officer and in 1996 became a Police Officer. Rob is currently a Detective assigned to the General Assignment Division, where a majority of his caseload involves fraud. Rob is also an ILEA certified instructor. He is a 2007 graduate of Northwestern University’s School of Police Staff and Command. Rob has been a Negotiator with the Lake County Critical Incident Negotiations Team since 1999. In 2006, Rob became a North Representative with the IAHCN and in 2008 was named Vice President of Public Relations with the IAHCN. Rob is excited to be involved with the IAHCN and commits himself to be part of its future.
