The 10th Annual IAHCN State Negotiator’s Conference will again be held at the Holiday Inn North at the Pyramids in Indianapolis, Indiana. The following is all of the information you need in order to book your room reservation.

Agency Direct Billing Procedures: if your agency will require that the hotel directly bill them, then please contact Catherine Horn, Director of Sales, at (317)871-5658 to complete the reservation procedure. All agencies or departments will need to contact her regardless of whether direct billing has been previously established.

2 Double Atrium Non Smoking $94.00*
1 Queen Non Smoking $86.00*

*Please keep in mind that these rates are subject to change based on prevailing tax rates and state government rates. Rates are quoted for single and double occupancy. All applicable state and federal taxes are in addition to the above quoted rates.

Single rooms include two wristbands per room/per day, double room includes four wristbands per room/per day to the Caribbean Cove Indoor Water Park. (These may be used by anyone in your family so plan a side trip for them.) To get the above discounted contract room rates you must book your room by August 11, 2009 indicating your attendance at the IAHCN Negotiator's Conference when registering.
