The 12th Annual IAHCN State Negotiator’s Conference will be held at a new venue this year; the Hilton - Indianapolis North just off of I-69 and I-465 on Indianapolis' northeast side. The following is all of the information you need in order to book your room reservation.

RESERVATIONS

INDIVIDUAL RESERVATIONS: Each individual guest must make their own reservations by calling 317-849-6668 or our central reservation number at 1-800-HILTONS by Monday, August 8, 2011 in order to receive the guaranteed contract room rate and to ensure room availability. They must identify themselves as members of the IAHCN Group. All reservations must be guaranteed and accompanied by a first night room deposit or guaranteed with a major credit card. If a room reservation needs to be made after August 8, 2011 the same procedure should be followed and the room rate should be the same, however the hotel may have limited availability as they will not be required to keep available rooms open and may release them to the general public. The room rates are as follows:

Hotel room rates are subject to 17% state and local taxes.

Check in time is 3 PM with check out time at 12 NOON on your departure date. Cancellation of individual reservations must be made 24 hours prior to the arrival date in order not to be charged a one night’s cancellation fee.
