ARTICLE 9 - BUDGET

The President shall present a budget to the Board of Directors at a March meeting each year. The Board of Directors shall make any necessary changes and approve a budget for the current fiscal year. Amendments to the budget may be made from time to time at any regular or emergency meeting of the Board of Directors.
